International p.b.i. celebrates its 55th Anniversary in 2011 and will present the "Top Scientist 2011 Award" to a scientist that has been a major contributor to the dissemination of science and research in the food, dairy and biotech industries.
The Award will be presented during the "Grand Gala of Food Science" to be held in Milan on December 2, 2011.
Additional awards will also be given to scientists and technologists for their dedicated activity in these fields and a special scientific recognition award will be presented to a technical magazine in the same fields.
The ceremony will be a technical and social event for experts in the food, dairy and biotech industries to meet up and discuss many common interests.
