ISC 2014 Opens its Doors in September in Salzburg
ISC 2014 - Salzburg is well known as a charming baroque city and for the movie „The Sound of Music“. From September 14 -18, 2014 the Austrian Society of Analytical Chemistry will organize the 30th International Symposium on Chromatography (ISC 2014) that should make participants remember Salzburg also as a city for a memorable scientific meeting.
The ISC conference series is defining itself as a premier meeting for the promotion of research and knowledge in separation science, considering the whole variety of possible modern chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques. Like only a few meetings, it hyphenates the LC and GC worlds. ISC features a wide range of chromatographic technologies, besides GC, HPLC, UHPLC, also SFC, in all scales, fundamental and applied science, sample preparation, detection and data processing, and application fields comprising (bio)pharmaceutical, bioanalytical, environmental, clinical/ toxicological, and food analysis research and many more. Mass specrometry and its hyphenation with separation techniques for the benefit of an information-rich analytical system allowing comprehensive analysis in these application fields will be a further prime focus at ISC 2014.
Besides a rich scientific program with lectures from experts in all mentioned fields, ISC 2014 features a valuable education program with short courses and tutorial lectures for novices, trainees, students but also experts seeking for an update in a particular field. Big names in the field have already agreed to come to bring all these topics to live. A key part of the program is also the exhibition where companies show latest instrumentation, separation materials, software and tools for performing state-of-theart analytical measurements in the various disciplines.
The motto of ISC 2014 is to contribute to the communication between scientists, applicants and companies involved in separation science and mass spectrometry. Good connections, which you can certainly make at the event, guarantee nice peaks!
Experience the positive effect on your daily analytical work.
